After years of struggling with my weight, I developed my own formula that delivers measurable, visible success and created FireSculpt. My proprietary online FireSculpt classes work your entire body using the scientifically proven combination of eccentric and concentric muscle activation.  FireSculpt is about you getting the results you want, no excuses. 

Time to grab your mat and dumbbells if you have them, choose your favorite music and follow along.  If you don’t have equipment, no problem. You are still going to get a fun and effective workout.

As one of my exclusive clients, I will help you take your fitness to the next level with workouts designed specifically for your body and goals. Just you and me, in my studio, your home or office. FireSculpt training can be one-on-one, or in groups up to four people.

I tell my friends that I am addicted to FireSculpt! I have been attending the class since the beginning and I never miss a class unless I am out of town. Amy is one of the most gifted instructors I've ever had. I have always worked out, but I'm not an athlete. I go to the gym because I think it's important for maintaining overall good health. Through the hour-long class, she has designed a series of exercises to work out each area of the body. Each interval is set to music that perfectly fits the exercise that we are doing and helps you to find the right place for the repetitions. Her instructions throughout the hour focus on how to modify each exercise for different situations, the proper form for each exercise to avoid injury and get the most benefit, and where you should be feeling the exercise if you're doing it correctly. She varies the routine each week so that it's engaging and challenging. The hour goes by so quickly that you feel as though you just began work - except that your body feels strong and alive and you know you've had a great workout. I definitely feel that my body is in better condition than it's ever been as a result of this work.
